Meet Dennis Jordanides, M.D.
Board Certified, Internal Medicine
Dr. Dennis Jordanides is a board-certified Internal Medicine physician and founder of IM365 Health, a concierge internal medicine practice in Newport Beach, California. With nearly three decades of clinical experience spanning academic medicine, hospital leadership, elite athletic performance, and complex inpatient care, Dr. Jordanides is known for his thoughtful, highly personalized approach to patient care.
After training at the University of California, Irvine and serving on the UCI faculty, Dr. Jordanides went on to found the Inpatient Hospitalist Program at Eisenhower Medical Center and later helped lead the development of a large integrated primary care medical group affiliated with Hoag Hospital.
At IM365 Health, Dr. Jordanides focuses on preventive medicine, longevity-focused care, cardiovascular and metabolic health, and guiding patients through the complexities of modern healthcare with clarity, responsiveness, and compassion. Dr. Josette Taglieri is a Family Medicine physician with more than three decades of experience providing personalized, relationship-centered care to individuals and families throughout Orange County. Known for her compassionate approach and commitment to building lasting physician-patient relationships, Dr. Taglieri believes that trust, communication, and continuity are the foundation of exceptional healthcare.
After earning her medical degree from Western University College of Osteopathic Medicine of the Pacific, Dr. Taglieri completed a rotating internship in San Diego and a Family Practice Residency at Pacific Hospital of Long Beach. Throughout her distinguished career, she has held numerous physician leadership positions, including Past President of the Orange County Osteopathic Medical Association, Chief of Staff at Huntington Beach Hospital, Chairman of the Family Practice Department, and Vice President of the Osteopathic Medical Board of California.
