Dr. Dennis Jordanides
Board Certified in Internal Medicine
For nearly three decades, Dr. Dennis Jordanides has dedicated his career to caring for patients with thoughtfulness, precision, and genuine human connection. At the heart of his practice is a simple belief: exceptional medical care begins with truly knowing the patient — not just their diagnoses, but their goals, concerns, lifestyle, family, and long-term vision for health.
Dr. Jordanides founded IM365 Health to create the kind of medical practice many patients feel has been lost in modern healthcare: deeply personal, highly responsive, relationship-driven care guided by trust, access, and continuity. His patients value having a physician who is available, attentive, and committed to helping them navigate both everyday health concerns and the complexities of modern medicine with clarity and confidence.
After earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering, Dr. Jordanides attended Texas Tech University School of Medicine and completed his residency training in Internal Medicine at the University of California, Irvine, where he later served on the faculty. His background in engineering continues to shape his highly analytical and detail-oriented approach to medicine, allowing him to evaluate complex medical issues with both scientific rigor and practical insight.
Early in his career, Dr. Jordanides practiced alongside Harvard-trained internist Dr. Ann Mass in Aspen, Colorado, where he developed a deep appreciation for comprehensive, patient-centered medicine and the importance of caring for the whole person. During this time, he also served as Medical Director for Carmichael Training Systems, helping elite endurance athletes optimize performance, recovery, and long-term health.
Dr. Jordanides later founded the Inpatient Hospitalist Program at Eisenhower Medical Center in Rancho Mirage, where he gained extensive experience managing acute and medically complex patients while working closely with specialists, hospital leadership, and multidisciplinary teams. He subsequently joined Pacific Hospitalist Associates at Hoag Hospital and worked collaboratively with physician leaders throughout Orange County to help develop a large integrated primary care medical group affiliated with Hoag.
These experiences gave Dr. Jordanides a unique understanding of both the strengths and shortcomings of today’s healthcare system — and ultimately inspired the vision behind IM365 Health.
Today, his practice is intentionally designed to provide patients with a more thoughtful and elevated healthcare experience. Patients receive extended visits, direct physician access, careful coordination with specialists, and proactive guidance focused not only on treating illness, but on preserving long-term vitality, performance, and quality of life.
Dr. Jordanides has a particular passion for preventive medicine, cardiovascular health, metabolic optimization, longevity-focused care, and helping patients make informed decisions during times of medical uncertainty. He is known for taking the time to listen carefully, explain thoroughly, and help patients feel genuinely supported through every stage of care.
Many of his patients are physicians and healthcare professionals themselves — a reflection of the trust and confidence he has earned within the medical community. Dr. Jordanides considers it deeply meaningful to care for colleagues who understand medicine firsthand and seek the same level of attentiveness, judgment, and advocacy for themselves and their families.
Patients often describe Dr. Jordanides as calm, thoughtful, highly responsive, and deeply invested in their well-being. His goal is for every patient to feel that they have a trusted physician and advocate by their side — someone who knows them personally, understands the bigger picture of their health, and can guide them through both prevention and illness with experience and compassion.
Outside of medicine, Dr. Jordanides enjoys spending time with his wife, children, and extended family, being outdoors along the Southern California coast, attending sporting events, and staying active. He previously served as Team Internist for the LA KISS professional arena football team.
At IM365 Health, Dr. Jordanides believes that great medicine is not rushed, transactional, or impersonal. It is built on relationships, trust, communication, and the commitment to care for each patient as a whole person over time.
