How Do I Become a Member?
Joining the IM365 Concierge Program can be completed in the office or, even more easily, by phone. If you are new to the practice, we suggest booking a free, no-obligation 30-minute Meet & Greet with your physician. This is an opportunity to ask about the physician’s style of medicine, the concierge program, or anything else on your mind. What Type of Insurance Do You Accept?
We accept most major PPO plans and Medicare. Because most members carry insurance, we built our practice to help maximize those benefits and minimize your out-of-pocket costs for services such as flu shots, EKGs, and blood draws, all of which are performed in our office.
Tax Deductibility
Tax deductibility is a complex issue that depends entirely on your personal and professional situation. Here are some topics to discuss with your financial manager, CPA, or tax advisor:
Individual Taxes – Do I qualify for a deduction on my personal taxes as a pre-paid health expense? Can I pay for membership through a health savings account (HSA) if I have a high-deductible PPO plan?
Self-Employed & Business Owners – Should I choose a higher-premium, lower-deductible plan to maximize the premiums I can write off? Or should I lower my premium with a higher deductible, pay for concierge care through an HSA, and take advantage of our pre-negotiated cash prices? Can I set up an employee benefit or flexible spending account (FSA) for concierge membership and for services not covered by my insurance?
