How quickly can I get an appointment?
Members can typically be seen the same day or next day when they need care.
How long are appointments?
Appointments are generous in length, often up to 60 minutes, so there is time to discuss every concern without feeling rushed.
Can I reach my physician after hours?
Yes. Members have direct access to their physician after hours and on weekends for health concerns and prescription needs.
Do you offer virtual visits?
Yes. We offer secure virtual house calls for members at home, at work, or traveling.
Do you make home visits?
Yes. Through our WELLth program, your physician can visit you at home if you are unable to come to the office.
Can I get lab work done at your office?
Yes. In-office lab draws are available, along with services such as flu shots and EKGs.
Will you help me see a specialist?
Yes. We schedule referrals with trusted specialists, send your records ahead, and review the findings with you afterward.
Will my physician visit me in the hospital?
Members hospitalized at Hoag can receive visits from their physician, who coordinates with the hospital team to support continuity of care.
Do you provide preventive and longevity care?
Yes. We offer comprehensive health evaluations, advanced screening, and personalized wellness roadmaps focused on long-term vitality and cardiovascular and metabolic health.
Is concierge membership tax deductible?
Tax treatment depends on your individual situation. Please discuss HSA, FSA, and deduction options with your CPA or tax advisor.
Can my family members join?
Yes. With Family Medicine and Internal Medicine under one roof, couples and families can receive coordinated care in one practice.
How do I access the member portal?
